I graduated in law from the University of Malaga, where I specialized in European law. I also have a degree in tax law and accounting.
I have worked within the European Commission, Spanish Bar Delegation in Brussels as well as in various law firms of renowned prestige in Spain. I belong to the Malaga Bar Association and have specialized as "Avocat Mandataire in Transactions Immobilières" through the AAMTI Association in Paris.
I am also a member of « Chambre Franco-Espagnole de Commerce et d' Industrie ».
I trained in “Tax in the Arts” in the University Panthéon- Assas Paris 2.
I carefully analyse the unique situation of each client, advising accordingly and making decisions to accomplish the best solutions to each unique and concrete case.
My mission is to provide tax and economically advantageous solutions aimed at optimizing your investments in any situation, whether the real estate market, the Arts market, or other, including facilitating financing.

She has an architecture degree from the University of Navarra, specialized in urban planning.
When she finished her degree she moved to Marbella, where she has her architecture studio.
She is a founding member of OÖD ARCHITECTS and is committed to bioclimatic and passive design, sensitive to the surroundings and the environment.
Each project takes into account the microclimatic conditions of the site to make the most of the natural resources and furthermore combines the ecological design with the most advanced technology.
The philosophy is based on mutual and comprehensive knowledge that gives meaning and exclusivity to each project developed by OÖD ARCHITECTS because the commitment is personal, with each person, with each family.
In her free time she enjoys reading, exhibitions and art in general, and loves to practice water sports.
JOSE LUIS DIAZ VAZQUEZ
LAWYER
Graduated in law in 1998, at the University of Málaga.
He specialised in Labour Law. He provides a guidance and valuable advice to employer and employee.
Defends and advises both workers and companies, with jurisdiction throughout Spain.
Always sheltering in collective agreements as well as the Statute of the Workers, for that reason it offers a global and corporative vision in Labour Law, giving solutions to the labour conflicts, trying to mediate previously, avoiding going to the judicial instances.
